Hakillo is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional medical advice. It cannot evaluate symptoms, diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, or provide triage.

Hakillo uses a zero‑retention architecture. All chat sessions are ephemeral and automatically expire within minutes. No PHI, chat logs, or identifiers are stored.
